New Template

So I decided to finally go ahead and tweak the layout and design of the blog.  I've been wanting to go to a three column layout for a while but hadn't found a template that I liked.  This one is okay... we'll see if it sticks or not.  I like the three column layout but not necessarily the the colors yet (tweaked those from the default template) or the exact position of everything in the sidebars.  Leave a comment and let me know what you think.
